I can remember more now

I learned to flow more with life
Even though I did not live through clear light
I know these states of flowing free of ego
And I suffer from my personality sometimes
Although I also love and enjoy myself

My main tools are expression — writing
Structure
Creation
Meditation and movement
Prayer and human contact

I still love nature
Calms me and grounds me
A good meal
A good chat
Good silence

I am a simple man in complex waves sometimes
And as all waves do, they find a way
And I remain
Get polished a bit
And get dried
