You gonna get whatever you look for
Attention placement 🔴
Whatever you focus on, grows

Find something positive, even if it's just this will end soon
And focus on the breath while releasing your urge to even move
Make it your mission to just breathe in and out slowly, and be motionless

The world is completely different without words
Let go of even your breath
Your body keeps you alive – on its own
