Surpassing my skin

I’d like to shed my skin
I’d like to be out there
I’d like to be everywhere
I understand those who feel they need to go berserk
There is no aggression on top of it (for me now)
It is life force, from the base of my spine
Everywhere
I’d rather express it than suffer it
I know it is normal (natural), I am normal (natural)
And the expression begs to be absolutely radical
(And safe)
I am very lucid in the meantime
And safe and sound – oh the sound!
Even when I become unhindered an expression of life
