Beauty

I am not an eye candy,
I am a soul candy —

Perhaps,
And sometimes I may be an eye candy as well.

I like to be liked,
Needed, and paid attention to.

I like to be sought after,
And I need to be appreciated.

I like to spend some time is solitude,
Although I need belonging, too.

I am a part of many,
And an individual.

I am clever,
So be clever with me.

Love me tender,
And I will pay exceptional attention to you.
